Refund & Return Policy
At Orastore, we strive to ensure that our customers have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. As a dropshipping business, our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, which means returns and refunds follow specific conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received

- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Description of the issue
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products used or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Personal care items, innerwear, or hygiene-sensitive products
- Sale or clearance items
3. Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved:
- A replacement will be processed wherever possible
- If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued
Refund details:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
5. Shipping & Return Costs
- Customers may be required to self-ship the product in some cases
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
6. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank/payment provider (processing delays may occur)
