- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed

- Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days across India
- Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Customer location
- Product availability
- Courier partner delays
Please note: These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Shipping Charges
- We offer Free Shipping on most products across India
- Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via email or SMS
- Tracking details may take 2–3 days to become active
5. Delays & Unexpected Issues
While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- High demand or seasonal peaks
- Logistics/courier issues
- Natural calamities or unforeseen events
Orastore is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, but we will assist you in tracking your order.
6. Incorrect Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Additional charges may apply for re-shipping
7. Undelivered Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but not received:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue
