At Orastore, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. As a dropshipping business, all products are shipped directly from our suppliers.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed

2. Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days across India
  • Delivery times may vary depending on:
    • Customer location
    • Product availability
    • Courier partner delays

Please note: These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on most products across India
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via email or SMS
  • Tracking details may take 2–3 days to become active

5. Delays & Unexpected Issues

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • High demand or seasonal peaks
  • Logistics/courier issues
  • Natural calamities or unforeseen events

Orastore is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, but we will assist you in tracking your order.


6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Additional charges may apply for re-shipping

7. Undelivered Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India
